The William is beautifully decorated and has a great hospitality room with snacks. The check-in process was confusing due to lack of signage.

Couple's Weekend Getaway
The room condition was fantastic, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the keyless check-in that allowed us to just go to the room and enter the code we received. The location is perfect for walking everywhere we wanted to go, and the adjacent restaurant provided one of the best meals we had.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

I had an amazing time at william! My previous stay in boerne didn't prepare me for how stylish and cozy my room was. The location was perfect for strolling through downtown, and the included snacks were such a nice touch.
the contactless check-in was confusing.

The charming decor with mirrored accents and a fun sink vanity in the spacious King Room made the stay enjoyable. Contactless check-in was smooth, and the hospitality room with local organic snacks was a delightful touch after our long drive. However, signage from the road could be improved as it was difficult to locate initially. Also, the bed comfort was debated. while one person found it pleasant, another felt otherwise. Finally, the bathroom's compact design may not suit everyone's needs, particularly for those who value more space.

My kids wished there were more activities for them.

I had such a great time with my recent stay! The room had a stylish vibe and the snacks available were an awesome perk! However, the sheets didn't match the luxury claim, sadly.

We had an amazing time with friends, easily exploring local breweries and a fantastic farmer's market. The hospitality room was a great touch with complimentary snacks and drinks. Our spacious room had awesome decor and a lovely balcony shade in the afternoon. We highly recommend the Creek Restaurant for dinner and the cafe across the street for breakfast.
We had a small issue with the contactless check-in, but the staff helped us with everything we needed, so it wasn't too big of a deal.

Awesome spot for a chill getaway!
Had a fab time here! The location is perfect for exploring downtown. everything's just a stroll away. Our room was super stylish—seriously felt like a chic NYC pad. Carol at the front desk was a gem, making check-in a breeze. Just wish there was some clearer signage outside. we almost missed it! 10/10 recommend.
